Katie Price has shown off her new look and fans are convinced that she looks just like former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson after her dramatic new makeover
Katie Price has debuted a jaw-dropping transformation that’s left fans doing double-takes, with many mistaking her for a chart-topping pop star.
The former glamour model, 47, is renowned for switching up her appearance through numerous cosmetic procedures over the years. But her latest makeover has proved to be the most striking yet, with bewildered supporters confusing her with ex-Little Mix sensation Jesy Nelson.
The mum-of-five appears to have swapped her trademark raven-black tresses for a bouncy, voluminous brown curly style. Though it’s not a permanent change – the stunning new hairdo is actually a bespoke wig – admirers are raving about the transformation, declaring it her finest look to date.
Celebrity hair wizard Dominic Ackah-Amihere is the mastermind behind Katie’s incredible makeover, taking to Instagram on Friday to reveal the star’s bold new appearance. Explaining the behind-the-scenes magic, the stylist revealed to his followers: “We had 3 minutes to throw this on and conceal 26 inches of hair.”
The post has sparked a frenzy among social media users who’ve rushed to praise Katie’s fresh look. However, others have been left scratching their heads, mistaking her for Boyz hitmaker Jesy Nelson, 34, reports the Mirror.
“OMG, I genuinely thought this was a picture of Jesy Nelson,” one bewildered fan commented. “Wow Katie actually looks incredible. She’s always had curly hair and it’s nice to see that she’s embracing that again,” another wrote.
“I did not think that was Katie at first glance,” someone else said.
Katie’s makeover follows her latest shocking confession where she revealed she’d locked lips with three major Hollywood and music industry figures. Amongst those named was American rap icon Eminem.
The former glamour model reportedly dropped the 8 Mile legend’s name during a live Q&A session. Whilst on her current tour alongside celebrity mate Kerry Katona, she was quizzed about her famous snogs.
When the interviewer asked: “Three celebrities you’ve kissed?” Katie allegedly fired back without hesitation: “Jamie Foxx, Eminem and Simon Cowell.”
According to The Sun, her swift response left the crowd stunned.
Though she kept the juicy details to herself, the pair crossed paths back in 2001. During that period, she was known by her Jordan persona and attended the rapper’s exclusive bash.
The Detroit star was also in Britain for the Brit Awards that same year, where he scooped the trophy for Best International Male. Katie had previously spilled the beans about her alleged encounter with music supremo Simon in her autobiography.
She recalled their meeting at a Comedy Awards do, noting she was unattached at the time. In her book, she penned: “I’d had a lot to drink and he invited me back to his place. I got undressed and we got into bed together. His bedclothes were all white.
“He had a really hairy chest and I got this real sense of being with a man for the first time. He was the oldest person I had been in bed with.”
She asserted that although she spent the night, they didn’t have sex. She also mentioned that he arranged for a car to take her home in the morning.
