EXCLUSIVE: Carla Bellucci is back with her controversial parenting opinions – and this time she’s got her claws into mums who don’t dip into their pockets to keep the spirit of Halloween alive

‘Britain’s most hated mum’ blasted parents for being ‘so tight’ on Halloween as she vows to splash over £50 on sweets for children next Friday.

Carla Bellucci, 44, from Hertfordshire, gained infamy for her scathing opinions on fellow mums and equally rattled the nation when she admitted to feigning depression for a “free” nose job on the NHS.

The mum-of-four never shies away from dishing out opinions, even if it drops her in the middle of controversy. And now, she’s coming for the fellow parents – specifically mums – who refuse to partake in Halloween festivities.

Residing in an affluent town in the Home Counties, Carla has noticed that some of her neighbours – even the ‘rich’ ones – are reluctant to carve a pumpkin and stick out a bowl of sweets.

She’s now urging everyone to dig deep into their pockets to keep the magic of Halloween alive for children as she fears too many people are becoming ‘miserable’ and spooky season ‘scrooges’.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, Carla told us: “I love Halloween as I’m the ‘celebration queen’ so end up spending over £50 on sweets.

“The kids love my house! I go all out and there is enough sweets for the whole neighbourhood, no tightness from me!

“But, there’s some miserable bats. Like come on, you can spend even just £10 to fill up a bowl of sweets. People are so self absorbed and tight.

“It’s shocking as they’re sitting in a million pound house and can’t give out a sweet!”

While Carla readies her plush Hertfordshire house for trick or treaters, she’s not concerning herself over ‘promoting’ unhealthy eating habits for the children of her neighbourhood.

Just last year the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS) warned against children eating sweets at Halloween due to the amount of sugar that can increase the chances of dental issues.

The dental experts suggested that people give out “alternatives such as stickers or playdough.” However, Carla is saying ‘stick it to the man’ in the name of spreading Halloween joy – and mischief.

Carla defended: “Everything is unhealthy – look – most mums look like they don’t brush their kids teeth, so a sweet ain’t going to harm them.

“We take our kids trick or treating, but some people are just awfully tight like Scrooge. It’s Halloween – enjoy the occasion and spend a few pounds…you might be happier for it!

This isn’t the only Halloween-themed battle Carla is fighting. She previously opened up about how her four-year-old daughter, Blu, could be banned from the school’s spooky bash because of her planned ‘costume’.

Carla told us that she’s planning on dressing the nursery-age child as Ed Gein – the skin-wearing serial killer that inspired the likes of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Psycho.

The mum said she was recently inspired by the Netflix dramatization ‘Monster: The Ed Gein Story’ and thought that it would be a fitting ‘fancy dress’ as the tale is ‘trending’.

She thinks it’s only a matter of time until the mums band together on the parent committee and get little Blu banned from the bash – just like last year when Carla tried to dress her as one of parent-killing ‘Menendez Brothers’.

The mum controversially said: “Ed Gein has turned into a horror ‘character’ since the Netflix show. I can’t see the issue with that. So many people are talking about him now – I love to hop on a trend.

“At Halloween we all dress up our kids as characters. But it’s because it’s me that I’ll come under fire. I think people are a bit too serious. What’s the difference putting a scream mask on your kid?”
