Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were booed by a crowd of thousands as they were pictured sitting front row at the Toronto Blue Jays v Los Angeles Dodgers game on Tuesday

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were spotted in the front row at the Toronto Blue Jays v Los Angeles Dodgers match on Tuesday. Despite being engrossed in the game, the couple, aged 41 and 44 respectively, were met with boos from some spectators when they appeared on the stadium’s big screen.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who reside in Montecito, were caught on camera amidst a chorus of boos reverberating through the stadium. One fan noted on X that Harry seemed to smirk before awkwardly laughing, while Meghan sat next to him, her hand covering her face.

It’s been suggested that the seats the Sussexes occupied would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Basketball icon Magic Johnson and baseball legend Sandy Koufax were seated behind the Royal couple.

Magic Johnson, part-owner of the LA Dodgers, was present, and Harry and Meghan sported matching baseball caps adorned with the team’s logo, reports the Express. Despite the surrounding excitement, Meghan and Harry appeared entirely focused on the game and each other.

The smitten pair, enjoying a rare night off parenting duties to their two young children, were also seen sharing quiet moments and exchanging smiles beneath their LA Dodgers caps. This public outing follows closely after they spent quality time with their children at a pumpkin farm near their Montecito home.

Judi James believes that while the Sussexes cuddled up with each other as they posed for photos with beaming smiles, they could have been “very aware” of their public image, and may have subtly tried to stage candid photos.

She told the Mirror : “Meghan clearly slides over to cosy up to her husband for specific photos, curling in to register high levels of affection. There are hints that the pair were very aware of their visual image here though.”

On Sunday, Meghan took to Instagram to share a video filled with charming photos and clips from their day out.

One of the videos captures Archie, six, and Lilibet, four, frolicking in a field while Harry is busy carving a pumpkin. Another snippet shows the couple hand-in-hand as their children explore a farmer’s stall and examine the produce.
