“I’ve always had a natural ability, but I think I denied it for a very long time and would always give my power away to others,” says Amy of how she came to her energy work. “Over time I started to honour my authenticity and understand that I’m not here to please everyone, but that it can have a significant impact for those that resonate.”

Russell Taylor’s jewellery is inseparable from her energy practice these days. A self-taught jeweller, she began crafting pierces after losing her father, her first creation a dedication to him. “It’s really just my passion for transforming energetic intention into tangible form for myself and others that has driven me to learn the craft,” she explains. “My passion lies in the design really but when I started I couldn’t afford to pay technicians to make my pieces or get them mass produced so I learnt to do it myself.” As such, each pendant, bracelet or ring is not just beautifully designed but charged to support the wearer’s ongoing transformation.

How to elevate yourself beyond your limits
Amy’s guidance extends beyond her sessions too: “My top tip to understand the energy of what is holding you back is to ask yourself what your desire represents to you. Then to figure out the opposite emotions of that. This is the energy you need to work on in order to move on. For example, if you think your desire will make you feel accomplished, the opposite emotion to that is inadequacy. The inadequacy is the dominant emotion of your limiting version. And that is the energy you need to work on in order to move on.”
