The Celebrity Traitors came to a dramatic and emotional end as Alan Carr and Cat Burns went up against three Faithfuls.
Following weeks of scheming and deception, double-crossing and duplicity, The Celebrity Traitors has reached its dramatic conclusion.
Traitors Alan Carr and Cat Burns managed to survive until the finale after eliminating one of their own accomplices, “big dog” Jonathan Ross.
Having murdered the likes of Celia Imrie and Paloma Faith, the pair faced off against Faithful Joe Marler, his fellow “hundie” Nick Mohammed and historian David Olusoga.
Claudia Winkleman assembled 19 celebrities at Ardross Castle for her deadly game of deception, with the stars competing for charity following the triumph of three civilian series.
Across the eight episodes that have been broadcast, viewers have witnessed some award-worthy television moments, from Alan’s hysteria whilst suspended from a tree, wailing “I feel like a winner and a eunuch,” to Tom Daley’s side-eye at Kate Garraway, and Celia’s internet-breaking flatulence, reports Wales Online.
Following one final savage roundtable discussion, the champion has been declared.

Who won The Celebrity Traitors 2025?
Alan Carr has won The Celebrity Traitors.
Cat became the first of the five eliminated, as all three Faithful voted her out, while she and Alan tried to banish David.
She later said: “I wouldn’t change a thing, I think I played it the best way I could, I got to the final so I’m proud of myself for keeping up a lie for this long.”
Adding she was “gutted”, she said: “I had the most fun ever, and I hope Alan goes and wins it for us both.”
“That has really thrown a spanner in the works, I do feel vulnerable,” Alan admitted, saying he was “terrified” to be on his own.
And though he may have had reason to be, it was rugby player Joe who was banished next, as Nick and David turned on him in a shock move.
“I read it so wrong,” Joe admitted. “It hurts, it hurts to be stabbed in the back last minute like that, not even an inkling. I’m gutted.”
Just three players were left, with Alan and David choosing to end the game, and the latter convinced the Chatty Man must have been a Faithful throughout.
Nick, who had suspicions for Alan at some point during the game, had turned on Joe and now thought Alan was a Faithful, meaning the last Traitor standing had fooled the two Faithfuls.
Bursting into tears as he finally admitted his real identity, Alan told Nick and David: “I’m so sorry, it’s been tearing me apart.”
“I just want to say well done, you’ve played the game brilliantly, it breaks my heart to see how that burden has weighed on you and I couldn’t do it,” David told him.
Nick added: “Alan Carr, he played an absolute blinder.”
Accepting his win, Alan declared: “To me, the most hated man in Britain.”
How much did they win?
After the challenges the celebrities took part in, which saw them screaming down wells and wobbling over bridges, the final prize fund has been announced.
With one final task which saw the banished and murdered celebrities involved and a train filled with explosives, Claudia revealed they’d all earned a total of £87,500.
Unlike the civilian version, the stars are donating the money to their chosen charity.
Alan explained that his money would be going towards Neuroblastoma, a children’s cancer charity.
“That money will change lives, all that lying, all that treachery was worth it,” he said.
The final episode is expected to have broken viewing records, after the first was watched by over 11.7million viewers and it has quickly become the most-watched TV show of the year.
The fourth civilian series is expected to return in January.
The Celebrity Traitors is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
