Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has revealed she’s undergone corrective breast surgery again and needs to rest up, just a few months after her fourth boob job
Kerry Katona just got more work done on her breasts.
The former Atomic Kitten star has gone under the knife again – just months after her fourth boob job. The 45-year-old got a breast uplift and new implants put in back in August.
However, she was told she needed more surgery as her scar tissue had been ruptured. Kerry has now been told to rest up after her latest op; corrective breast surgery.
Writing in her exclusive column for new! magazine, Kerry revealed: “I haven’t been up to much this week in terms of work because I’ve been under doctor’s orders to rest after having surgery on my breasts.
“I had ruptured the tissue after having breast implants because I didn’t rest enough after having the implants put in in the first place.”
Gushing over her boyfriend Paolo Margaglione, who she met on Celebs Go Dating, she added: “Paolo has been so supportive and amazing the entire journey through with my surgery and recovery. I really do love that man!”
Last month, Kerry revealed that she’d ruptured the stitches around her breasts during sex. She had the audience in stitches (pardon the pun) when she told the saucy tale at one of her Evening With shows with pal Katie Price.
Katie said: “What do you think happened to her beautiful new boob job. He popped it out of the stitching. So now, where they’re having sex like that, he popped it out and it’s now here…’
Kerry interjected: ‘”Hang on, hang on a minute… It was totally worth it.”
Earlier this year, Kerry told fans she’s “in the best shape I’ve ever been, and feel the happiest I’ve ever been.” She got a breast uplift at the Pall Mall clinic, where she’s had previous work done, as she wanted to tackle the excess skin around her breast after losing weight.
Kerry prioritised her diet and wellbeing following her split from ex Ryan Mahoney. She explained: “Having a breast uplift with Mr Prasad has been the icing on the cake. I feel whole again.”
Consultant Breast Oncoplastic and Aesthetic Surgeon Mr Ramachandran Prasad – who carried out the op – said: “Weight loss is a brilliant achievement and can do wonders for health and self-esteem, but it often comes with a side effect people don’t always expect: excess skin and reduced skin tone.
“In the breasts, this usually shows up as droopiness,” the medic explained. “Unfortunately, improving skin tone itself is tricky, but what we can do is combine breast implants with carefully removing excess skin to achieve a perkier, more youthful shape.
“This is called an Augmentation Mastopexy, and that’s exactly what we planned for Kerry. It can really transform the appearance of the breasts and help people feel more like themselves again.”
