Vintage 1961 happens to be one of Dom Pérignon’s most desired vintages. The bottles themselves were created in 1981, and printed with a unique label to mark the wedding itself. For the curious, the Dom Pérignon website describes the flavour as “discreetly mellow… with perfect body, flavour and length.”
