
The Neapolitan-inspired pizza group has created another Christmas special this year. Called All I Want for Christmas is Ragu (not bad), the pie combines slow-cooked beef ragu, ‘nduja and sausage meatballs, San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte and parmesan. All of this on the restaurant’s traditional dough, with its floppy middle and blistered, leopard-spotted crusts. Afterwards, try the pistachio babamisu, a riff on a rum baba made with mascarpone, pistachio sauce, and crushed nuts.
