Liquorice flip
Serves 1
40ml spiced rum – we use Dark Matter
10ml liquorice liqueur – we use Koskenkorva Salmiakki
10ml 2:1 sugar syrup
1 egg white
15ml double cream
Measure everything into a cocktail shaker, seal and dry shake to set the egg white. Throw a big handful of ice into the shaker, shake again, then strain into a pretty glass (we use a chilled nick & nora) and serve.
