She rates the personality, gusto and “vein game” of penises sent to her as well as ball behaviour and extra marks are given for the creativity of the photo.
Sarah, who was sacked from her teaching job when school bosses found out she was earning a side income on adult site Only Fans, sends hilarious report cards such as “Miss Sarah sharpens my pencil” to her subscribers that ask her for a rating of their manhood.
The content creator, who has penned a book about her experiences on the adult website, said: “Men love getting their members rated. And I had a fan that reached out to me and said ‘why don’t you turn it into a report card’?
“And I thought that’s brilliant because I’m a teacher and I can make it funny and cute and mock up a little report card. It keeps it on brand for me and it makes my pace special and different because I was the only page giving out actual report cards.”
Sarah had a sudden rise in requests when an undercover journalist in the US did a story about them after requesting a rating. And she has recently updated and rebranded her famed report cards.
She added: “I tried to take the top characteristics of a penis that you would be able to compare, for example if someone has a really great curve to it or if it’s really big and thick.
“Then I would give it an overall score and some cute little grading notes on the side to make it feel special. And they always had it personalised.
“It actually flips the power dynamic in a lot of ways because as a single woman on the dating sites, where you’re constantly getting unsolicited d**k pictures, it has become the norm.
“But like all of a sudden, I’m making money from men sending their pictures and that was kind of fun, exciting and empowering for me because it flipped the culture to where I had the power.
“I think for men maybe it could be curiosity, it could be insecurity or maybe they just like the ego boost of having a pretty girl tell him their penis looks amazing.
“But I always laugh because the way women take selfies of pictures of themselves is what I feel like men do with their penis. I had one man and he had pictures of it different angles, different lighting. He had those ready on a camera roll.”
