Kian Cooper was a happy father-of-two, but claims he was forced to take on years of forced romps with his female boss in the office where he worked so that he could keep his job
A man has filed a $100million lawsuit against his former female boss over claims she forced him to have sex with her for years. He claims it was meant to be “presidential”, taking direct inspiration from Barack and Michelle Obama.
Kian Cooper is taking his case to court for sex discrimination after he was made to get hot and steamy in the office. The boss even tried to justify the alleged abuse with the story of the former President.
According to his testimony, everyone at the company where they worked had known what was going on behind closed doors. But if he ever tried to bring the alleged sexual abuse to an end, she threatened to fire him, which would have left him unable to feed his kids.
The New York Post revealed that documents seen in court alleged director Michele Poole, who denies the allegations, said: “Barack met Michelle at work, she was his boss. Be presidential; I think the next text [from you] should be saying ‘Thank you’.”
The alleged abuse took place at the Saint Joseph’s Medical Centre, a drug rehab facility based in New York City. Poole was also claimed to have texted dad-of-two Cooper: “I’m sooo undervalued; you know even a Mercedes needs a tune up sometimes.”
Cooper said that the alleged sexual encounters would take place roughly two or three times a week as his shift got underway at 6am. After a while, he admitted in court papers, he would deliberately do things to avoid seeing her.
Kian said that everyone was privy to what was happening in her office as Kian and Michele would engage in morning romps, due to the “loud noises relative to sexual activities”. His case is now being brought before Brooklyn Supreme Court, as he said that she would threaten to let him go if he tried to stop what was going on.
The man said he had told her to stop what was going on several times over the phone and even face-to-face. In response, she allegedly told Cooper to “find another job”.
Michele has strongly denied all allegations being made against her, saying that they had a six-month affair which saw him shower her with romantic gestures, including gifts and cards. She also insisted she had no authority to decide who should be hired or fired.
Speaking to the newspaper, Poole said: “He’s just making stuff up; I have proof of the intimate things he sent me.
“I have credible evidence and I will be filing a lawsuit against anyone who slanders me,” she added. Kian’s claim also alleges she had an affair with a second man, but the accused man has also denied any involvement.
Cooper said that he was “trying to take the abuse and save my job”, and currently remains working at the rehab facility as a clinical supervisor. Poole, on the other hand, no longer works at the facility — though it remains unclear whether she voluntarily left or was fired.
Since the case first came to light following his formal complaint in February of 2024, Cooper has been diagnosed with having post-traumatic stress disorder and was forced to take one month of absence following the ordeal. He has since been diagnosed with stress and anxiety as a result of the abuse.
