A Bentley previously used to chauffeur King Charles is set to sell at auction for an estimated £100,000.

The 2013 Bentley Mulsanne, used by the Monarch for multiple official engagements when he was the Prince of Wales, is predicted to fetch between £80,000 to £100,000 by auctioneers H&H Classics.

Allocated to the Royal Household in December 2013, the car comes complete with Magonlia leather interior and original equipment including four-wheel air suspension, burr walnut interior trim, digital radio, and television reception.

It also boasts a power-closing boot lid.

The Dark Sapphire Bentley originally belonged to Bentley Motors’ Press and Special Vehicles Department. It was then allocated to the Royal Family.

H&H say the car has been kept in excellent condition, and shows just 35,000 miles from new.

It has been with its current owners since 2023, and is set to go on auction on December 3 at the Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire.

Paul Cheetham, senior motor car specialist at H&H Classics, said: ‘We’re thrilled to offer this very special Bentley Mulsanne for auction, as it’s hard to imagine a better car for a future king.

‘For many years Bentley has been the Royal Family’s marque of choice, and luxury cars do not come much finer than the Mulsanne.

‘Given its royal provenance, this particular Bentley has to be one of the most desirable examples available to own anywhere in the world.’
