Ruben Amorim’s side claimed a stunning 2-1 victory over Liverpool at Anfield last time out, with Harry Maguire rising highest to nod home an 84th-minute winner.

Bryan Mbeumo had opened the scoring before Cody Gakpo equalised, but Maguire strike late on to snatch all three points.

It followed United’s 2-0 win over Sunderland at Old Trafford, as they bounced back from a disappointing 3-1 defeat at Brentford.

They face a Brighton team that beat Newcastle 2-1 last time out, and they are unbeaten in their last five games in all competitions.

The Seagulls swept Chelsea aside 3-1 at Stamford Bridge before a 1-1 draw with Wolves at Molineux.
