Clarkson is set to be a headline the new Farm Fest event will kick off in May with lover Lisa Hogan and Clarkson’s Farm sidekick Kaleb Cooper all starring

Jeremy Clarkson is set to be a headliner at a Glastonbury-style festival for farmers – with tickets costing up to £500.

The new Farm Fest event will kick off in May with the former Top Gear host, lover Lisa Hogan and Clarkson’s Farm sidekick Kaleb Cooper all starring in the line-up.

Blur bassist and cheese-merchant Alex James and DJ Chris Moyles will also appear on stage for the three-day event.

Punters are told the glamping-friendly event is “a brand new national festival celebrating the livelihoods, skills and produce of Britain’s farmers”.

It adds it will “star” Jeremy Clarkson, Lisa Hogan, Kaleb Cooper, Charlie Ireland, Adam Henson and Matt Tebbutt as well as “dozens of farmers, musicians, chefs and artisans”.

The event will take place at The National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre, Stoneleigh, the former home of the Royal Show.

Set across 300 acres of entertainment and agricultural talent, by day the show will consist of 12 major festival fields.

And by night the ‘All-Star Festival Parade’ will wind its way through the showground leading the visitors to the Hawkstone Music Arena for four hours of Bands, DJs, and special star guests.

Single day admission is £60 for the event, and organisers say the £500 platinum VIP tickets with camping give access to the whole weekend of the festival, along with VIP lounge access, a bar, “premium toilets” and priority parking.
