The Trinity College London study, which polled 1,500 people aged 16 to 29 across the UK, asked young people what changes they would make to the workplace if they could call the shots. In response, 32 per cent cited mental health days as standard, while 28 per cent were in favour of dropping the 9am to 5pm working day and enforcing flexible hours. The respondents also noted increased salary transparency, no emails after 6pm, fewer meetings and on-site therapy as preferable changes.
