Peter Mandelson has been savaged by voters after he was snapped urinating in public after a visit to former chancellor George Osborne’s Notting Hill home.

Pee-ter Mandelson is being lashed over a P**gate scandal. The disgraced ex-US Ambassador has been savaged by voters after he was snapped urinating in public after a visit to former chancellor George Osborne’s Notting Hill home.

It comes after the 72-year-old toff was hit by another leak of his pally emails to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Mandelson was caught short at around 11pm while waiting for an Uber, after arriving at his Tory buddy George’s £10million townhouse around three hours earlier.

He carried a posh bottle of Chilean wine into their mini-party before he was photographed peeing against a garden wall outside. Mandelson met Osbourne in the wake of the publication in the US of 20,000 documents from Epstein’s estate.

They included messages revealing the Labour peer remained pals with serial predator Epstein until late 2016 – eight years after he pleaded guilty to child sex offences.

Mandelson was branded “revolting” over his outdoor pee. A witness said he looked “worse for wear” and splashed his trainers with urine. He also outraged the owner of the wall he peed against.

It belongs to Osborne’s neighbour James Reed – the tycoon behind Reed Recruitment, who has been critical of Labour’s economic policies.

Mr Reed sneered said: “I’m surprised that whichever of my neighbours he happened to be visiting didn’t offer him a toilet. It doesn’t seem very diplomatic.”

Another neighbour hit out: “We have to put up with this sort of revolting behaviour during the Notting Hill Carnival.

“It’s a shame to see that people still feel entitled to urinate in the street here three months later, and quite outrageous that the person responsible should be a peer of the realm.”

But Mandelson is likely to dodge criminal charges over his outdoor exposure. Legal experts said while urinating outdoors is technically against the law under a public order act of 1986, it’s very unlikely someone who gets caught short would be prosecuted.

Julian Lee, a criminal defence expert at Reed’s Solicitors, added: “The only exception would be if they had caused alarm or distress to another person, or caused criminal damage, or were also doing something of a sexual nature. I very much doubt those factors apply in this case.”

One on an army of Mandelson’s critics online who saw snaps of him urinating joked authorities would “never make it stand up in court”.

Others pondered whether Osborne’s toilets were too dirty – while more critics said: “Another Tory taking the p**.”

The new messages between Mandelson and Epstein show the paedophile congratulating the politician on his 63rd birthday.

Mandelson replied: “Just. I have decided to extend my life by spending more of it in the US.”

And in a conversation about the commoner formerly known as Prince Andrew, Epstein told him he was “right about staying away” from the shamed royal.

Mandelson was drinking at the private Kensington Roof Gardens members’ club in west London when the emails were leaked, before he arrived at Osbourne’s five-bedroom pad hours later.

Mandelson lost his job in Washington in September over his links to Epstein, making it the third sacking he’s had in his political career.

He said after the snaps of him peeing were revealed: “I can only offer my profuse apologies. I was stood up by two Uber drivers and kept waiting in the street for half an hour and was bursting. There is no disguising my embarrassment.”

Daily Star says…

You’d have thought Peter Mandelson was beyond embarrassment by now.

The Prince of Darkness has been sacked and re-hired and sacked again more times than Frank Spencer.

And he seems to have endured more scandals than Joey Barton.

But this time he was literally caught with his pants down – relieving himself against someone’s garden wall.

Mandy adopted his classic snake-like demeanour by trying to claim it was all because he was kept waiting by Uber drivers.

But he was outside pal George Osborne’s house and surely could have gone back inside for a wazz if he needed.

The fact is people like Mandelson think they are above such traits aspoliteness, decency and common courtesy.

And let’s be fair, he p***ed his career up the wall a long time ago!
