Sick paedophile Daniel Rochford recorded his wife sexually abusing their dogs and shared them online for like-minded perverts to enjoy. He was also found with more than 150 sick child abuse images
A depraved paedophile filmed his wife having sex with their dogs and shared the sick videos online, a court heard. Daniel Rochford, 43, recorded his wife Jennifer, 42, sexually abusing the animals in their flat. The married couple possessed more than 3,000 extreme pornographic images of bestiality and child abuse between them. The pair revelled in an online world where their twisted fantasies were shared, Preston Crown Court heard.
Jennifer Rochford even acted as an administrator for an online community of like-minded perverts, keeping a log of those who no longer shared their interests.
Daniel Rochford was also found guilty for raping and sexually abusing a schoolgirl and showing another child pornographic images. He had 2,180 of extreme pornographic bestiality and 165 child abuse images, 92 of these were category A, the most serious type.
Jennifer Rochford had 1,764 extreme pornographic (bestiality) images, the court heard. Judge Guy Mathieson said: “You took sexual delight and gratification in watching such abhorrent images. But that was not the worst of your depravity.”
Daniel Rochford was jailed for 21 years for a host of horror offences: rape, sexual activity in the presence of a child, causing a child to watch a sexual act, sexual communication with a child, sexual assault and voyeurism, as well as encouraging his wife to have sex with the dog by recording it.
The court heard he raped and sexually abused a schoolgirl and exposed another youngster to pornography which was ‘well beyond their years’.
The judge ruled he posed a significant risk of harm to women and children and he is subject to an eight-year extended licence period after his prison sentence, the longest period a judge can pass.
He told him : “You have no remorse. You believe you are entitled to do what you want, when you want to whatever woman or girl is in your life, raping them, corrupting them or demeaning them for your own sexual gratification.”
He said Jennifer Rochford was “blinded by love” for her husband when she took part in sexual activity with the dogs. He continued: “The footage and commentary shows exactly how much sexual delight and pleasure you both derived from these acts. It is sickening.”
He said Jennifer was performing as much for her own pleasure as for that of her husband, adding: “You saw it as part of your relationship.”
The judge said : “That’s what he wanted you to do. You loved him and you would do it. It didn’t take force, coercion, or manipulation. You never showed any reluctance or refusal to participate. You lost any sense of decency or morality.”
Jennifer Rochford was handed a nine-month sentence suspended for two years after pleading guilty to eight counts of bestiality and possession of extreme pornography. She must carry out a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, Lancashire Live reports.
She was also handed a three-year sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) and will be on the sex offenders register for 10 years. Daniel Rochford will be subject to a SHPO and be on the register indefinitely.
Official court records listed the couple’s address as being at a veterinary clinic in South Ribble, Lancs. But their depraved crimes only involved their own animals and it is understood there is no longer a vet’s at the property
