Spooky singer Brocarde went into the BBC Elstree Studios overnight to try to release it from the curse – and said she felt the same amount of bad energy that you would see at a mass murder site

We have taken it upon ourselves to try and help the hit BBC show – a nation favourite – by sending in one of our spook experts to rid the show of all the bad energy. We sent our resident paranormal expert Brocarde to the Strictly studios to exorcise its “demons” and dispel the Strictly curse for good.
Spooky singer Brocarde went into the BBC Elstree Studios in the dead of the night on our special mission to release the studios from the curse that has been plaguing the show for several years.
And upon arrival, our Queen of Eerie said she could notice a forcefield of supernatural energy surrounding the site, with as much bad energy haunting the place as one would expect to see at a MASS MURDER site.
She said: “There is a vortex surrounding the studio; the air is thinner and the veil to the afterlife has been pierced, leaving the dead free to walk amongst the living.
“The sheer number of spirits on the loose in the area is shocking. You’d usually expect this level of activity from a high-security derelict prison or a mass murder site.”
Brocarde conducted a spooky ritual with ancient origins, which she had personally adapted and tailored to banish the Strictly ghosts.
Dressed in a flowing velvet gown, she cast the spell, explaining: “I chose dragon’s blood sage to cleanse negative energy, promote spiritual protection, and invite positive energy into the space.”
She cleansed the area and demanded that the spirits release their hold over the studio. As she completed the ritual, the energy of several ghosts surrounded her. Brocarde chanted and sent them off into the night. She even revealed how one ghost whispered “Break a leg” and let out a shrill cackle as he departed.
“Everyone’s attracted to the bright lights – even ghosts like to be present when the cameras start to roll. It becomes a battle for them to be noticed. Some spirits resort to moving objects and flickering lights. Over the years, I sense that many rituals have been cast at Elstree Studios. These rituals may have been intended to attract fame and good fortune, but sometimes witchcraft and rituals can backfire, opening portals to other dimensions,” Brocarde added.
“The Strictly set is so haunted that it’s going to be an ongoing battle to keep the ghosts at bay. The curse runs so deep that it will be a constant power struggle between the dead and the living moving forward.”
Among the bad news to plague the Strictly set include Dani Dyer’s ankle injury this year, and a number of love breakups.
Louise and Jamie Redknapp had been married for 19 years before they announced their divorce in 2017, shortly after she appeared on the show in 2016.
Stacey Dooley also competed in Strictly, and when she started she was in a relationship with personal trainer Sam Tucknott, but they ended after the series.
The documentarian has denied that she and Kevin became romantically involved while taking part in the competition but the pair have been together since 2019 and now share a daughter, Minnie.
Countdown star Rachel Riley also split from her husband after appearing on the show and ended up with her dancing partner Pasha Kovalev. The pair now have two daughters.
